What do you think to the introduction to my essay on The Blitz of Britain and the Historian: A Critical Review?

Zaphod B has got it just about right except he/she should be charging more than 15 quid an hour. The other thing that comes to mind is blitzkrieg = lightning war and much as Hitler would have liked it this was never going to be the true Blitzkrieg that overran Poland (with Russian help) in 17 days and the other countries in Europe in a very few weeks. Please remember that Hitler didn't call it the Blitz - that was a name given to it by the poor heroic Londoners who had to live through it.
