Air pollution please**********?

i want to design an air purifier for outside a big 10x2ft that will go on top of all the buildings in the citys a minimum of 2 on small buildings and a minimum of 5 on big buildings powered by solar that will turn all smog smoke chemicals and many other things into pure oxygen and fresh air it will be purifing up to 5 acers of air every 4 hours will you help me spread the word or tell me where i can post my invention on the internet and what do you think
