How big will a pure bed connemara grow?

i have a pure bred connemara and he is 14,3, and i have been told they only grow to 14,2, the problem is he is not 3 yet till the end of april,so he is going to grow even bigger he came from ireland and his passport is green and it has all his family tree on it, i have checked all his markings and they are all in the right place as on his passport,do you think he will grow to big to be a connemara
