How could so many students believe that cheating is okay?

At the small college in Florida, the professor caught the students with the same equipment that they used to cheat with, the computer. This has to mean that we have an abundance of cheating graduates that operate in business, law and government. To graduate in this country means that you have completed required and are capable of understanding the curriculum set forth to function in that capacity. There are no surprises though, when anything happens at any level in this cheating world.
