How to gay men meet each other in Arequipa, Peru, without going to a gay disco? And not for sex.?

I have been traveling around Peru for about a month and despite the abundance of gay discos and saunas, I cant seem to find or connect with other gay men. I'm not looking for sex and I don't like discos, how can I connect with local gay men, for lunch or coffee?
