How to prepare a buffer solution and with what volumes of each solution?

You want to prepare 1 L of TrisH+-Tris buffer with a total concentration of 0.1 M and a pH = 7.5. You have solutions of 5 M NaOH, 5 M HCl and 1 M Tris and some pure water. Which solutions would you combine and what volumes would you use in order to prepare the buffer? Help please!
