I already hate my job, how do I deal?

I work as a teacher and at the end of the 2009-2010 school year I lost my job because enrollment was down and they no longer needed me. It took me 7 months to find the job I currently have and I was really looking forward to it. The director seemed really nice and the rest of the staff seemed great. It's three weeks in and I'm already agitated by half the crap that goes on. They are constantly cutting hours so no one works a 40 hour work week, the director and the assistant director seem to constantly be changing policies just to get people in trouble, and they seem to do some really sneaky, underhanded things. I would quit, but as I already mentioned it took me 7 months to get this job because the economy is so awful. I have every intention of looking for a new job in a few months or getting back to an elementary school and working in the fall, but I don't now how to deal with this crap for the time being. My last job (the one I got laid off from) was pure hell, so there's a part of me that knows this is just temporary and to hang on, but the other part of me can't handle another crappy year. So my question is, what can I do for the time being to at least make this job bearable?
